4 chicken milanesas
1 cup light milk
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Spices (thyme and rosemary are ideal)

How do you do it?

Step 1: Mix the salt, pepper, milk, spices and honey in a container, add the chicken and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
