DOOM Eternal for Nintendo Switch finally has a release date, this after a wait of several months. Now that the game is coming, there are those who decided to compare its visuals with DOOM Eternal for Xbox One X.

On YouTube, the Cycu1 channel took the most recent trailer for DOOM Eternal for Nintendo Switch and compared it to the same footage running on Xbox Series X. This is a comparison that shows us that there are clear visual trade-offs for DOOM Eternal to run. on the Nintendo hybrid. Nonetheless, it seems that Nintendo fans will receive a quality product.

But then what are the notable differences? For starters we have that it runs at a lower resolution and frame rate per second, in addition to its textures and some visual effects are of lower quality. It is also striking that the amount of elements and reflections per screen were reduced in some scenes.

Without further ado, we leave you the preview so you can notice the differences with your own eyes:

We already know how much space DOOM Eternal will take up on Switch

Every owner of a Nintendo Switch knows that graphic quality is not the only thing you should know before buying a game for the hybrid. It is also important to know how much space it will take up, especially when it comes to releases that are only available in digital format.

This is why we are happy to report that DOOM Eternal will take up 17.5 GB. This means that when installed it will occupy more than half of the internal storage space of the Switch. That is why it is worth taking the opportunity to buy a microSD memory for your console.
