2 cups of vanilla cookies without sugar
1 cup light milk
300 g light cream cheese
½ cup artificial sweetener

½ cup melted coconut oil

1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
How do you do it?
Step 1: Crush the biscuits to a consistency similar to that of sand. Mix with the coconut oil and place on a cheesecake pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2: Prepare the gelatin in a small saucepan and let cool. Beat the creamy cream until it has a smooth cream consistency, add the zest and lemon juice, the sweetener, the milk and the vanilla essence.
