Two cranes collided and at least they collapsed partially on a construction site in Austin, Texas, injuring at least 22 persons, reported the authorities.
The images that the television station KVUE published after the accident show two cranes tangled several stories above a building under construction a few miles north of downtown in a fast-growing neighborhood that includes residential, commercial and office spaces.
County Emergency Medical Services Austin-Travis report that at least 22 persons were injured, including at least seven who were being treated and prepared for transport to a hospital. At least eight ambulances went to the scene.
So far there is no report of deceased persons.
