4 ripe bananas
250 milliliters of low-fat milk
1 tablespoon of sweetener without calories
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
How do you do it?
Step 1: Take all the ingredients and incorporate them in the blender, refrigerate the mixture so that the bubbles dissipate and then pour the preparation into a greased microwave-safe pan.
Step 2: Bake in the microwave for 10 minutes, check the texture and, if necessary, cook for 5 more minutes. The power of the appliance must be the maximum.
Step 3: Let it cool and remove from the mold if you prefer, but leave the flan in the mold and serve portions accompanied by a little pastry cream or, if you want to keep sugar levels low, accompany it with fresh fruits or red berries.
