In many cases, video games and rock go hand in hand as it is a genre preferred by different players around the world and there are even fans who in addition to dedicating their time to favorite titles, do the same by playing a musical instrument. Well, this union can win you an incredible prize if you are a Hearthstone player and live in Latin America and all thanks to a collaboration between Blizzard, Gibson and the legendary Peruvian guitarist Charlie Parra.

Through a statement, Blizzard reported on the celebration of the Scholomance Rock Academy contest, inspired by the Hearthstone expansion of the same name. As you can imagine, this is a musical contest, so it will be necessary for you, as a soloist, or your band, to compose a song that deals with the new doubles classes or the Scholomance Academy expansion.

These topics will be evaluated by rock guitarist Charlie Parra, who is already known in the Blizzard gaming scene after his participation in the StarCraft anniversary. From there will come the 10 best songs inspired by Hearthstone and within that select group, the first 3 places will win some of these impressive guitars that have become a reality thanks to Blizzard and Gibson. In fact, the first place will be the Kramer Vanguard edition Charlie Parra model and one of the 3 special edition models of the Baretta model.

The contest began today, August 11, and topics will be received until September 8 at CommunityCreationsLA@Blizzard.com. What countries participate? Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Euador, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
