The apple and bread pudding is a delicious caramelized apple and bread dessert. Do not stay with the atojo, it is super simple and quick to prepare.
To prepare an apple and bread pudding, you need the following ingredients:
3 red apples cut into slices
½ cup of sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup of cream
1 tablespoon butter

In a bowl, add the eggs, ½ cup of sugar and the cup of cream. Mix very well until everything is integrated. In a skillet over medium high heat melt butter and add the red apples previously cut into slices. Stir and sauté lightly. Then remove the apples. In the same pan without the apples, add brown sugar and let it melt. Pour the caramel into the mold and evenly cover the entire base, then add the apple and the bread interleaved. Finally, pour the Egg mixture; cook in a double boiler in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C (350 ° F). Remove from the oven and let cool to then unmold. Serve and enjoy, you can accompany it with a scoop of ice cream.
