The Government will take Javier Tebas to the Prosecutor’s Office after the revelations of OKDIARY and the president of the League accumulates problems. This Tuesday, the Federation of Shareholders and Partners of Spanish Soccer (FASFE) filed a criminal complaint with the Central Court of Instruction of Madrid against the President of the Professional Soccer League, Mr. Javier Tebas Medrano and the President and Secretary of the Council of Administration of CF Fuenlabrada, SAD, Mr. Jonathan Praena Sánchez and Don Javier Tebas Llanas for committing various crimes revealed after the irregular final day of the Second Division National League Championship.

The association has issued in a statement that: «The partial and clearly illegal action by the leaders of CF Fuenlabrada, SAD that endangered the health of colleagues, rivals, workers and residents of the city of A Coruña has brought to light a series of crimes derived from the economic and family relationships between Mr. Thebes Medrano, which according to his own words is responsible for the illegal performance of the club, and the leaders of the Fuenlabreño club.

According to the Federation of Shareholders and Partners of Spanish Soccer (FASFE) the following crimes are deduced from these actions:

Intentional injuries (article 147 of the Penal Code)
Crime against workers’ rights (article 316 of the Penal Code)
Prohibited negotiations (article 439 of the Penal Code) and / or corruption in business (article 286 bis of the Penal Code)
Corporate crime (article 290 of the Penal Code)

The Federation of Shareholders and Partners of Spanish Soccer (FASFE) has presented this morning before the Central Court of Instruction of Madrid a criminal complaint against the President of the Professional Soccer League, Mr. Javier Tebas Medrano and the President and Secretary of the Council of Administration of CF Fuenlabrada, SAD, Mr. Jonathan Praena Sánchez and Mr. Javier Tebas Llanas for the commission of various crimes revealed after the irregular final day of the Second Division National League Championship.

The partial and clearly illegal action by the leaders of CF Fuenlabrada, SAD that endangered the health of colleagues, rivals, workers and residents of the city of A Coruña has brought to light a series of crimes derived from relations economic and family relations between Mr. Tebas Medrano, who according to his own words is responsible for the illegal actions of the club, and the leaders of the Fuenlabreño club.

Of the scandal itself caused by the trip to A Coruña of the CF Fuenlabrada expedition, SAD plagued with cases of COVID-19, of the reactions to this fact by Tebas Medrano and the Professional Soccer League, which denote an inconceivable partiality and illegality that compromises the integrity of the competition, and of the relations between the leader of the League and the aforementioned club that we have known subsequently, at least the following crimes are deduced that are the reason for the complaint:
