NetherRealm Studios brought more content to Mortal Kombat fans with the release of the Aftermath expansion for Mortal Kombat 11. This addition not only included novelties in terms of history, but also introduced new characters. The developer has more surprises for buyers of this edition, and today announced that the following outfit pack will give a new look to 3 characters.

NetherRealm Studios revealed (via GameSpot) that those with Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath will be able to download the cosmetic DLC pack Summer Heat, which, as its name implies, will be focused on the summer. This content will consist of 3 costumes or outfits that will give Kitana the Endless Summer appearance, Off the Bone to Baraka and Fireworks to Erron Black.

These 3 outfits will be available starting August 6 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Google STADIA users. Please note that the package Summer Heat It can only be claimed by players who have the Aftermath edition, which is sold in exchange for $ 39.99 USD and which gives access to a new story and to the 3 characters Sheeva, RoboCop and Fujin.

More cosmetic packages will be available in the coming months

As you will remember, thanks to the Aftermath expansion, players could collect a total of 3 DLC packs. Well, you know when the other 2 will be available and what their theme will be. Shortly after the premiere of Summer Heat Skin Pack, on August 25, the Klassic Femme Fatale Skin Pack, which will offer 3 new outfits to 3 female fighters in the game.

The third DLC package, All Hallows ’Eve Skin Pack It will include 3 other outfits that Aftermath users can get for free. This last DLC will arrive a little later, on October 8 and, as its name implies, it will offer new Halloween-inspired appearances to 3 characters in the title.
