There are sites that, due to their historical value, we consider almost almost as monuments of music.to; places where great bands and artists consolidated and created their best works. One of them is undoubtedly studies Abbey Road, that during much of the career of The Beatles became the space for John, Paul, George and Ringo to explore sounds and create their enormous legend.
Since Please Please Me of 1963 and with the exception of Let It Be, George Martin’s Fab Four recorded a large part of their discography in these studios. Abbey Road Studios will have their own documentary

That is why to remember everything that has happened in this place and to celebrate its 90 years of life, soon we will see a documentary directed by photographer and filmmaker Mary McCartney; the daughter of one of the most important people who has recorded in this space, this is Sir Paul. According to Deadline, the name of this project is If These Walls Could Sing and without a doubt, no person who loves music can be missed.

Perhaps the most important thing about this whole film is that in addition to telling us the most relevant events that happened in the building, which of course is very interesting, it is the first time Abbey Road Studios is fully open for a job like this. This way, we will surely have the chance to visit the rooms and corners that only artists can see when they arrive to work there.

I have long wanted to tell the story of this historic place and couldn’t collaborate with a better team than John and Mercury Studios to bring this creative ambition to life.
As of yet, there is no release date for If These Walls Could Sing, but we are certainly excited to know that a documentary about the legendary Abbey Road Studios is on the way.
