The EcoDesafío seeks to promote the care of the environment through a process of training and accompaniment to 20 Neighborhood Commissions of the City of Asunción, each one with its respective Base Recycler. Each Commission and the committed neighbors will be in charge of correctly separating plastics, aluminum, paper and cardboard packaging for subsequent recycling.

Coca-Cola Paraguay participates in this action as an organizer. Initiatives such as Asunción Recicla 2.0 will allow us to accelerate the fulfillment of our goal of #UnMundoSinResiduos of recovering and recycling the equivalent of 100% of the containers that we put on the market by 2030 «

The Neighborhood Commission that manages to deposit the highest amount of recyclable waste per capita in the EcoPunto®, will win US $ 1,000 (one thousand US dollars) in community improvements and an EcoPunto® for its Commission. In addition, all those participating Neighborhood Commissions that collect at least 2,000 kilos by the end of the EcoDesafío Asunción Recicla will be able to keep the container and continue to have a collection service for 10 months.All that is separated and deposited in the EcoPunto® is withdrawn by a grassroots recycler in the area, benefiting him economically and dignifying his work.
